What’s included in the mentorship?
Coming from a corporate background in retail buying and marketing, I wanted to move from the boardroom into a career that would align with the stage of life I was in - having young kids, yet still wanting to feel fulfilled. In those early years of motherhood, I felt like every day was ‘groundhog’ day and that I had lost a part of my identity. Maybe you're nodding along as you read this. This experience influenced my decision to explore a passion of mine - interior design. So I went back to night school while the kids were little - learning new skills, developing connections and growing my confidence, finally feeling like I was a part of something again that lit me up.
Fast forward to today, with over a decade in the interiors space running my own successful design studio, I’ve learnt what it takes to go from surviving to thriving with plenty of mistakes made and “aha” moments along the way. Redefining myself and shifting into the creative career I’d always dreamed of wasn’t a straight path, especially in such a tightly held industry. I’ve done the work, and now it’s my privilege to be able to share everything I know with you and make your journey easier.
